How it works

Hopeful Futures is an open-access crowdsourcing project. If you are a UX researcher, or a stakeholder in UX research, we'd like your input.

It's inspired by the Delphi method: in other words, you can submit your opinion, then read what others have written, then update your own submission.

When we have enough submissions, we'll share back a synthesised summary of all the responses we’ve received.

If you already contributed, you'll be invited to read these outputs from other contributors and add a further reaction.

We’ll then create a final synthesised version.

Separately, we'll also offer selected analysis and perspectives (including our own).

Finally, we’ll share these outputs publicly, as an input to the debate in our industry and within organisations that employ UX researchers.
