AI and 'research democratisation' are disrupting the way we work. Layoffs, fear of layoffs and 'doing more with less' can add to the sense of pressure, even if we're not directly affected.

This project offers a synthesis of the information that's out there, and crowdsources possible paths forward for UX research, as a career and as an field.
